What percentage of Chime users have problems with direct deposit?

98 percent of users are reporting problems with deposits, one percent reported issues with mobile banking, and another one percent are having problems with ATMs. Multiple Chime users have shared on Downdetector.com that they have received their direct deposit. One wrote: "Mine just hit at 11:03am. I didn't get a notification.

Is chime causing delayed direct deposits?

Via its status checker, Chime has confirmed users are experiencing issues with direct deposits. A statement said: "A third-party service provider is experiencing an issue that is causing delayed direct deposits. "We are working closely with them to resolve this as soon as possible."

What happens when Chime receives my direct deposit?

Once Chime receives your direct deposit from your employer, payroll provider, or benefits provider, you'll get a push notification and email, provided these alerts are enabled in your app settings. Delays can happen due to factors beyond Chime's control, such as bank holidays or timing from your payer.
